Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty

  • Suspension products have a lifetime structural warranty for the original purchaser only.
  • Wear parts (such as heims, bushings, and misalignments) are not covered.
  • Turner Axles have a 1-year warranty for the original purchaser through Turner Cycles.
  • Stripped threads are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Process

  1. Request a Warranty Form – Email info@pocketchangefab.com to receive the form.
  2. Ship the damaged product to:
    PCF Custom Fabrication
    1198 FM 450 S, Hallsville, TX 75650
  3. Do not send hardware – Retain your original hardware as replacements will not be provided.
    • If hardware is left in the damaged product, a removal fee will be charged.
    • If removal is unsuccessful, new hardware must be purchased.
  4. Upon receipt of your damaged product, PCF will inspect, repair, or replace the item as needed.
  5. Warranty processing cannot begin without the completed Warranty Form. Items returned without a form will be set aside until the form is received.

Processing Time

  • Most warranty claims ship within 2-3 Weeks (Monday-Friday).
  • Warranty products take priority, but processing cannot start until the damaged product and completed form are received.

2. Shipping & Lead Times

  • Most custom orders ship within 6-8 Weeks.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and custom requests.

3. Product Usage & Installation

  • All products should be installed by a qualified professional.
  • PCF Custom Fabrication is not responsible for improper installation, modifications, or vehicle damage resulting from product use.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • PCF Custom Fabrication is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the installation, use, or misuse of its products.
  • Purchasers assume all risks associated with modifying their vehicles.
  • Performance modifications may void manufacturer warranties and may not be street-legal in some areas.
  • It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
