Return & Cancellation Policy
At Pocket Change Fab, we’re proud to deliver high-quality, handcrafted products. Because most of what we make is built to order, please carefully review the policies below before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
- Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded — no exceptions.
- All cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, deducted from your refund.
- To request a cancellation, email info@pocketchangefab.com as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- After 30 days, returns require approval by PCF management.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Custom products (special orders, custom colors, or personalized items) cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or racing is not covered.
Return Process
- Email info@pocketchangefab.com to request a Return Authorization (RA#).
- If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label.
- Returns without approval or an RA# will not be accepted.
- All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
- All orders ship via FedEx unless otherwise noted.
- Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.
- Pocket Change Fab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact FedEx directly to file a claim.
- We will assist when possible, but replacement or reimbursement is at the carrier’s discretion.
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an order has been placed. If a customer selects and pays for shipping at checkout and later requests to change the delivery method to local pickup, the original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Shipping charges include, but are not limited to, costs associated with order processing, administrative handling, packaging, logistics preparation, and carrier coordination, which are incurred immediately upon order placement. Changes to delivery method after purchase do not negate these incurred costs and do not qualify for a refund of shipping fees, whether or not the order has physically shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their preferred delivery method prior to completing the purchase. By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Damages & Issues
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days for a replacement.
- We will not accept damage claims after 30 days.
- Improper installation, misuse, or racing-related damage is not covered.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be approved in advance by PCF.
- Email us with your order details and reason for the exchange.
- Custom items are not eligible for exchange.
- If approved, the original item must be returned before a replacement is sent.
Refunds
- Returns are inspected upon arrival, and you'll be notified of approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- A 30% refund fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
