Return & Cancellation Policy

PCF Custom Fabrication is committed to providing high-quality products. If you need to return or cancel an order, please review our policies below.

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
To request a cancellation, email info@pocketchangefab.com as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
After 30 days, returns are subject to shop management approval.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Custom products (special orders, custom colors, or personalized items) cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or racing is not covered.

Request a Return Authorization (RA#) – Email us at info@pocketchangefab.com to receive an RA#.
If approved, we will send return shipping instructions and a shipping label.
Items returned without prior approval or an RA# will not be accepted.

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days to be eligible for a replacement.
We will NOT accept damage claims after 30 days, so please inspect your package upon arrival.
Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or racing is not covered.

To exchange an item, you must first return the original item and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved refunds, deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds may take additional processing time, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
