Production and Shipping Times
Most of our products are made to order. The estimated shipping time provided at checkout reflects the timeframe after the product has been produced and shipped. If an item is in stock, we will ship it out by the date indicated in your order confirmation. Please note that any additional upgrades or custom finishes (such as powder coating) will extend the production timeline and may delay the shipping date accordingly.
Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
If you require a product by a certain date, please contact our office at 903-431-3335 before placing your order. We can inform you of our current production times and discuss whether we can accommodate your deadline. This helps ensure we meet your needs and avoid any disappointment due to unforeseen production delays.
Shipping Estimates and Carrier Delays
All shipping times provided are estimates. Actual delivery timelines may vary based on carrier volume and other factors outside of our control. Pocket Change Fab (PCF) cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is in transit. High-volume shipping periods or carrier issues (such as weather or logistical delays) can impact delivery. While we strive to ship your order promptly, please understand that PCF is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages and Claims
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged, we will assist you in resolving the issue. Though PCF is not liable for damage that occurs in transit, we are happy to help you navigate the claims process with the carrier. If you need to file a claim for a damaged shipment, please email us at info@pocketchangefab.com with your order information and details of the damage. Our team will guide you through starting a claim and work with you to reach a solution as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages and Investigations
If you believe your package is lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us right away. Call our shop at 903-431-3335 with your order information, and we will look into the tracking details on our end. While PCF is not responsible for lost packages once they are with the carrier, we will actively assist in locating your shipment. If necessary, we will contact the carrier to initiate an investigation and help recover your package. We are committed to supporting you throughout the process and will do our best to resolve any shipping issues that arise.
